Which size should I get? 12–16 in for a bedside, hallway or small kitchen island; 20 in over a 4-seat table; 24 in over a 6-seat table or as one centrepiece in a living room.

Is it hard to install? It mounts like a standard pendant light on a ceiling box. If you're not comfortable with wiring, have an electrician fit it.

When will it arrive, and can I return it? Delivery depends on the size. The 12 in usually arrives 2–3 weeks after you order. The 16, 20 and 24 in sizes ship in a separate lot and usually take 5–7 weeks. You get a tracking link once it ships. If it hasn't arrived within 25 business days (40 business days for the 16, 20 and 24 in), we resend it or refund you.
