Refund and return policy

30-day returns. If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition: unused, in its original packaging.

How to return: email support@lanedecor.page with your order number and the item. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before we reply, so we can track it.

Return shipping: paid by you (a flat $20 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund), unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. In that case we cover it, or send a replacement without asking you to return the item.

Damaged or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return (or approve a damage claim).

Cannot be returned: nothing at the moment. We do not sell final-sale items.
