Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: the 12 in pendant and most small items arrive 2–3 weeks after you order (processing, then 7–15 business days in transit). Larger lighting (16, 20 and 24 in pendants) ships in a separate lot and usually takes 5–7 weeks. Each product page states the delivery time for its size. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where it ships from: orders are sent from our overseas partner warehouse, not from a US warehouse. That is why delivery takes 2–3 weeks or more.

Where we ship: currently the United States only (all 50 states). We cannot deliver large items such as lighting to P.O. boxes.

Something wrong with delivery? If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days (40 business days for pendants of 16 in and larger), email us at support@lanedecor.page with your order number and we will resend it or refund you.
